    Individual Counselling

Counselling offers a safe, supportive, non-judgmental and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and deeply held beliefs. Counselling can help address challenges, improve well-being and achieve personal growth. Individual counselling is a collaborative process between counsellor and client. It aims to promote self-awareness, develop coping skills, and facilitate positive change. Whether dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety or depression, or facing relationship difficulties, or life transitions—individual counselling offers support to help people navigate life's challenges and enhance overall well-being and quality of life.

*Counselling sessions for individuals, couples and youth are offered both in-person and virtually.

  • Couples Counselling

Couples counselling can help couples navigate challenges, enhance their connection, and improve communication. Couples counselling can help a couple to explore and address issues and foster a deeper understanding of each other. It provides a safe, non-judgmental, and neutral space for partners to express their thoughts and feelings, identify patterns of behavior, and develop effective strategies for resolving conflict. Whether facing communication breakdowns, trust issues, or other relationship difficulties, couples counselling promotes healthier dynamics and equips couples with the tools to build a stronger, more fulfilling relationship. It emphasizes mutual respect, empathy, and shared goals, empowering couples to overcome obstacles and cultivate a more resilient and harmonious partnership.

  • Child Counselling

Child counselling is designed to help children express their thoughts, emotions, and experiences through play. It utilizes toys, games, art materials, and other creative mediums to facilitate communication and healing in a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment. By engaging in play, children can process their feelings, explore relationships, try out different roles and develop problem-solving skills. Observation and interpretation is used to provide insight into the child's inner world. It can be effective in addressing a wide range of issues, including trauma, behavioral challenges and anxiety. Through play, children can gain insight, develop coping, process emotions, build resilience, and work towards positive growth and development.

*Please note: children under the age of 12 must have a parent or guardian attend a sesssion individually before the first appointment with the child.
